The Government of Zambia has enacted seven significant tax statutes effective 1 January 2026. These statutes cover amendments to the Income Tax Act, Customs and Excise Duties Act , Value Added Tax Act , the Zambia Revenue Authority Act, Property Transfer Tax Act , Mobile Money Transactions Levy Act, and the introduction a new Betting Levy Act.
