Constance is an Associate of the Firm who has gained considerable experience in corporate law; Dispute Resolution; Conveyancing; Tax law and Employment law. She continues to assist our clients with various legal issues. She is a member of the Law Association of Zambia.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Constance has been a team member in the following matters:

• Mr. Price Group Limited in a Legal Memorandum on legislative amendments projected for 2023 in Zambia;
• Entain Plc and GVC (Impala) Limited in relation to various aspects of the Companies Act, licensing requirements on betting and gaming, drafting constitution documents, and incorporation of its subsidiary in Zambia; and
• Emerald Bay Limited trading as Betway and BetBio Zambia Limited trading as BetPawa Zambia in relation to the process of lobbying the Government of the Republic of Zambia on the amendment to the Income Tax Act to clarify the position on Withholding Tax on winnings, which applies to online casinos. This is one of the new amendments in the Income Tax (Amendment) Act, No. 43 of 2021.
